The fastest path to your first won bid

1. Complete your profile — name, services, service area, employees, year established, business type. The more complete, the more facility managers trust you.
2. Upload your compliance documents — W-9, COI, Workers’ Comp. Our admin team reviews within 1-2 business days.
3. Watch the RFP feed. Once verified, RFPs that match your services and service area show up in your dashboard. They’re sorted by distance from your service area.
4. Bid early. Most facilities review bids in the order they come in. The first 3-5 bids get the most attention.
5. Track performance over time. Your win rate and completion rate become a credibility signal facilities can see.
