Free vs Pro
What the free plan includes, what Pro unlocks, and when it’s worth upgrading.
What you get on SpotlightVendor
| One verified profile, every facility | Upload your W-9, COI, and Workers’ Comp once. Every facility you work with sees your current status — no more “send me your insurance cert” email chains. |
| RFPs matched to your services | Once verified, RFPs that fit your service categories and area show up in your dashboard, sorted by proximity. |
| Pending requests dashboard | When a facility needs additional documents (e.g., a state-specific requirement), it shows up as a pending request you can act on directly. |
| In-app chat with managers | Project conversations stay inside the platform, tied to the project. No tracking down email threads. |
| Performance metrics | See your proposals submitted, win rate, completion rate, and active projects — week, month, or year view. Track your own track record. |
| Self-serve subscription | Cancel, upgrade, update payment — all in your settings. No support emails needed. |
The fastest path to your first won bid
- Complete your profile — name, services, service area, employees, year established, business type. The more complete, the more facility managers trust you.
- Upload your compliance documents — W-9, COI, Workers’ Comp. Our admin team reviews within 1-2 business days.
- Watch the RFP feed. Once verified, RFPs that match your services and service area show up in your dashboard. They’re sorted by distance from your service area.
- Bid early. Most facilities review bids in the order they come in. The first 3-5 bids get the most attention.
- Track performance over time. Your win rate and completion rate become a credibility signal facilities can see.
