Where do I see my plan? In your portal, click your name (top right) → Billing. Can I cancel anytime? Vendors on monthly Pro can cancel anytime. Facility licenses and annual vendor subscriptions run for the full term. What happens if a license isn’t renewed? The organization is suspended (read-only) until renewal — your data stays intact, but you can’t post new RFPs or invite vendors. Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?
