## The fastest path to your first won bid

1. **Complete your profile** — name, services, service area, employees, year established, business type. The more complete, the more facility managers trust you.
2. **Upload your compliance documents** — W-9, COI, Workers' Comp. Our admin team reviews within 1-2 business days.
3. **Watch the RFP feed.** Once verified, RFPs that match your services and service area show up in your dashboard. They're sorted by distance from your service area.
4. **Bid early.** Most facilities review bids in the order they come in. The first 3-5 bids get the most attention.
5. **Track performance over time.** Your win rate and completion rate become a credibility signal facilities can see.
