# For Facilities

## What we recommend doing first

1. **Add your existing vendors.** Send invitations from the Vendors tab. They join free and get an automatic prompt to upload their compliance docs.
2. **Post one RFP** — even a low-stakes one — to learn the bid flow before you actually need it for a real project.
3. **Bookmark the Compliance dashboard.** That's where every expiring document lives, and where you'll spend \~5 minutes a month catching issues before they become regulatory findings.
