# Billing & Plans

> How billing works on SpotlightVendor — facility licenses, vendor subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices.

Two sides of the platform pay for what matters most to them.

* **Facilities and Property Managers** pay a **per-facility license** for governance and audit infrastructure — vendor compliance tracking, RFP and project management, in-app chat, role-based access, and access to network purchasing power.
* **Vendors** pay a subscription for reach — to be discoverable to facilities, get RFP matches, and bid on competitive work.

## Quick answers

**Where do I see my plan?** In your portal, click your name (top right) → Billing.

**Can I cancel anytime?** Vendors on monthly Pro can cancel anytime. Facility licenses and annual vendor subscriptions run for the full term.

**What happens if a license isn't renewed?** The organization is suspended (read-only) until renewal — your data stays intact, but you can't post new RFPs or invite vendors.
